Payment
Najera Decor accepts PayPal and credit cards. All orders must be paid in full before that will be made (for custom orders) or shipped.
Turnaround Time
Najera Decor turnaround time starts the next business day after you place an order. Any order after 5PM Eastern time will be considered to be placed the next day. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
Wholesale
Najera Decor offers wholesale to qualifying vendors. If you are interested, please email Najera Decor via [email protected] to discuss terms and conditions.
Returns
Since all products are manufactured after your order is complete to ensure it is new and clean, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact Najera Decor with in three days of receiving your damaged product regarding your order.
Complatins
Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please email: [email protected]. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.
Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
